Shutterfly is a consumer platform for printing personalized photo products — books, cards, calendars, and gifts. As a Senior UX & UI Designer, I worked on the creation and personalization flows that move users from photo library to finished product across web and mobile.

Mission

Make personalization feel approachable for users who don't think of themselves as designers.

Creation tools depend on shrinking the gap between user intent and output. The work focused on smart defaults, forgiving editing, and guided flows that produce a quality result without putting design decisions on the user. The product served both casual users who wanted speed and more invested users who wanted control.
